1. Preamble
(1) cocone ONE Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” as well as grammatical variants such as “we,”“our,” or “us”) hereby establishes the Service Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) as follows, with regard to the treatment of information (hereinafter referred to as “Customer Information” or “Your Information”) related to customer(s) (hereinafter referred to as “Customer(s),” or grammatical variants such as ”you,” or “your”) using services provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as “Our Service(s)”).
(2) The act of launching any of our apps and/or the use of any of Our Services shall constitute your agreement to the Policy (and when the Policy is revised, your launching and/or usage as described above shall constitute your agreement to the revised Policy).
If you are under the age of 15 and provide your information, etc. through use of Our Services, we request that you confirm the content of the Policy and supply such personal information, etc. under the supervision of and with the consent of one of your parents or guardians without fail.

3. Method of acquisition of Customer Information
(1) Voluntary supply of the following information by Customers
Name, date of birth, gender, email address, postal address/zip code, telephone number, credit card information, profile information, and other information (e.g., regarding the nature of inquiry)
(2) Automatic acquisition
Cookie information, advertisement identifier, information on purchases while using Our Services, activity history regarding Our Services, password, and other information (e.g., telephone number, terminal type, and OS information used at the time of inquiry)
4. Supply of Customer Information to a Third Party
In principle, we will not provide a third party with Customer Information (excluding information supplied after Customers recognize in advance that their profile information, etc. is displayed via Our Services) without obtaining the prior consent of Customers; provided,
however, that as provided for in our Privacy Policy, we may provide our outsourcers and Group companies with Customer Information without obtaining the prior consent of Customers.
5. Rights of Customers
(1) Customers may confirm and/or correct information, such as email addresses and passwords registered by such Customers at any time via Our Services. Customers may reject the use of Cookies and advertisement identifiers by us via settings of browsers and smart phone apps.
(2) Customers may request that we cease (i) notification for the purpose of use of personal information; (ii) disclosure of personal information and/or records supplied to a third party; (iii) revision, addition, and/or deletion of personal information; and (iv) use of personal information and supply of the same to a third party.

If Customers request that personal information unavailable on the service site be disclosed, we may ask such Customers to pay a separate disclosure charge.
6. Inquiry desk
Please contact our “personal information inquiry desk” (contact information below) concerning inquiries, complaints, or consultations related to the handling of personal information.
For inquires, when you refrain from phoning us, in principle, and make inquiries by email, transferring the same to the department responsible therefof is likely to be completed more quickly.

7. Other
(1) Even when an account related to Our Services is deleted, we will store and use Custome. Information related to the account within the scope and period necessary for achieving compliance with laws and regulations and the purpose of use of the same. If it no longer becomes necessary to store Customer Information, we will appropriately dispose of the same in accordance with relevant laws and our internal rules.
(2) Revision
In order to protect Customers’ personal information in a more proper manner and respond to modification of laws, regulations, and the like, we may revise the Policy. In such case, we will notify Customers of the nature of revision in advance and will set a certain grace period for such revision.
(3) Supplementary provisions
The following Privacy Policies will apply to matters not stipulated herein.
